My parents and I had a very positive experience with Justin and all of the crew who worked on the house renovation/addition. They are extremely professional, timely, communicative, and helped resolve issues that were long standing with ease. Justin was also very accommodating and understanding of the hiccups we had with timing and completion of steps in the process and went out of his way to be sure my parents were taken care of. It was a relief to know that their plumbing work was in great hands. I would recommend Justin and Dean Plumbing to any friends or family requiring plumbing services.

I can WHOLEHEARTEDLY recommend Justin Harris, Scott Fields and Braxton with Dean Plumbing! They were at my house WEEKS (not just days) and every day they truly seemed to care about being courteous and respectful no matter if it was a good situation or bad. Best of all, their plumbing expertise got the job done right the first time. We were exceptionally pleased with the work done by Dean Plumbing. Alek, Scott and Braxton were knowledgeable, prompt, efficient and courteous. They performed their job within the timeframe and cost estimate projected. Rerouting piping through the attic to bypass defective pipes under the slab was a complicated and arduous job, but they did it well with a pleasant attitude! Would definitely recommend this company and would not hesitate to call on them for any future plumbing needs.

My experience with this company has been exceptional. From the phone call to schedule the service to when the Plumber came to house, it all has been a good experience. I called to make an appointment about a hot water line leak and Brittany was extremely helpful. She was able to schedule a me the very next day. Alec was the plumber that came to my home and his attitude, attention to detail and professionalism was outstanding. I still have work to do the complete the job, but feel completely comfortable with Dean Plumbing will take care of me in the most professional way. I would highly recommend this company.

We had an emergency on a Sunday when our hot water heater failed and water was spewing out of it. I called someone else who came out and said they could replace it the following day. They called when they were supposed to come and said they couldn't do the work because it was a gas water heater. They did do me the favor of recommending Dean. They came out the next day and were able to give me a fair quote and do the work the same day. They were very professional and did the work quickly and efficiently. Now, several months later, the water heater is doing great and I am so grateful they got it done so fast. I would definitely recommend Dean Plumbing and I will immediately call them if I have any other issues with plumbing.

We had a leak that required me to shut off the water to the house. Despite calling on a busy Monday morning, they were able to adjust their schedule and send Alek right away. He was a muddy mess by the time the job was done. He never complained and had a wonderful attitude.

Highly recommend Dean Plumbing, they are professional and great to work with. They are quick to respond back to calls/text, work with your schedule, affordable, and implement high quality work. We just bought an older home and decided to have them connect new gas lines from the existing system to our dryer and BBQ. Within the process they identify other issues with the existing gas lines done by a previous installer. They were able to work with us in fixing the issue and bringing it up to code. We have had other issue with our home that were done by previous installers and they have been quick to respond to help us in our time of need. For all of my water and gas plumbing I will call Dean Plumbing.

My family and I just moved to Huntsville from Miami, FL. Our realtors turned friends recommended Dean Plumbing to us for a water leak that we discovered in our kitchen that went into the basement. All of the staff at Dean Plumbing including Brittany in the office are SO pleasant to speak to and work with. The gentlemen, (I only got one name, Rusty and two others) that came out to assess and fix the leak were incredibly professional, approachable, and handled the problem quickly and efficiently. I very much appreciated the cleanup they did as well. You couldn't even tell that someone was in my kitchen working on the pipes. We would recommend them to anyone in the area who needs plumbing work. Thank you guys so much for making this unfortunate event not so stressful!

My old outdoor heating unit stopped working and I needed a replacement unit fast because we were expecting cold weather. I contacted Dean Plumbing and they were able to squeeze me in for an estimate at the last minute. When Cliff and Dave came out to install my new unit, they were very professional, courteous and completed the job in less time than what was expected. I would recommend Dean Plumbing anytime.

I have used Dean plumbing for all plumbing needs for the last year or so. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are always on time and honest. Their scheduling folks really work with you. I have had complicated water heater issues and they have been so patient, working to find creative solutions. Scott Fields in particular is incredible. He worked so hard and took extremely good care of me and my family. He tried creative solutions and got us up and running many times when it looked hopeless. In the end it was Scott that made the whole thing work. Again, I cannot say enough good things about Dean Plumbing and plumber Scott Fields. Highly recommended Dean Plumbing. Their receptionist/ administrator was kind and responsive. Got a technician out to my house quickly. Trace was the name of the guy who came out. He made an assessment, talked me through what needed to be done, provided an estimate, and executed the job. Trace was very professional. Couldn’t ask for better. Dean Plumbing has my business from here on out.

I called them out to bleed of the gas line for our fireplace. Ethan came out on-time, was super polite, and tried his best to get it started. When it seemed to have an issue with the pilot light having a leak, he politely referred me to someone else. Most importantly, because he couldn't help me he didn't charge me, even though I pushed back. That is not only kindness but integrity, and that is rare these days. They have my business forever.
